We ship via USPS Priority Mail. We are a small business and ask for 1-2 weeks for order shipment, but usually we ship within 2-3 business days. If you would like your order expedited, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Cost of shipping is added to final invoice unless other arrangements have been made. We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost or stolen packages. Please make sure the delivery address you provide is correct and that the drop-off location is secure.
Occasionally an item is temporarily out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you and give you the option to have the item cancelled or sent separately when it is available.
We ask that you please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order if you would like to cancel or modify it. Returns/exchanges are accepted for incorrect or damaged merchandise only. Issues must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Merchandise must be returned unused, unopened and in its original packaging within 10 days for replacement or credit.
Payment in full is due at time of shipment. Net 30 may be established for existing customers upon credit approval.
